Heat Treat Pay Increase

Now is the time to jump on board at Webster as a heat treat operator. Webster is currently offering heat treat operators a $2/hour temporary pay increase to help us push through a backlog of orders. The pay increase will be in effect until further notice.

A heat treat operator is responsible for manning the heat treat furnaces used to temper and harden metal parts, a critical phase of production at Webster. You’ll be trained to monitor temperature gauges and operate the equipment properly so that parts stabilize as expected. Each department has a team coach available to answer your questions to help you onboard quickly and confidently with the rest of the team.
