In an ever-changing world with high demand for domestically manufactured goods, it’s important for manufacturers like Webster Industries, and our Webster team, to be nimble and responsive to the demands of the market. It’s an exciting time to be at Webster for this reason: people across the nation want domestically made products rather than relying on foreign imports, and we can fulfill that demand. That's why we make it a point to provide the right opportunities for our team members to grow within our operation.
We’d like to invite more members of the Tiffin community to join our workforce and be a part of the process that keeps our community, and our nation, growing.
We’ve made efforts over the last six months to fine-tune and streamline our manufacturing line by shifting our focus away from the foundry into the other areas of our operations in order to meet this high demand for the chain and sprocket portion of our business. As a vertically integrated manufacturing facility, all of our systems are under one roof, which makes it possible to offer opportunities to team members who might want to try something new.
When you join the Webster team, you don’t have to be stuck in one type of job; you can make a career at Webster. With so many different operations under one roof, there are loads of opportunities to be trained and promoted from within. We believe that investing in our employees is the best way to keep our business growing.
Webster offers its union teammates pension and 401k match, health coverage from day one, monetary bonuses, two weeks of paid vacation, up to a $2 shift premium, apprenticeship programs and much more. We take investing in our employees seriously—if you want to learn a new skill and advance into a higher paying position, we will help you get there. Hardworking, dependable team members are the lifeblood of our industry. We want to put Tiffin to work.
And there’s plenty of work to be done. We’re currently working hard to fulfill a $24 million backlog, with more work on the way. All of the work done at Webster contributes to industries that keep America running: forest, grain, automotive, recycling, and more. Contact Webster Industries to find out what opportunities are available for you to make a career at Webster.
